1965 VW Bug

We purchased this one from the widow of the Original owner. He was a retired naval pilot who bought it new while in the service and used it to go play tennis at the club after he retired. We put a new set of German square weave carpet, rubber mat, head liner and tires. Seat covers, door panels, and most of the paint are original. Original Sapphire radio still works, blinkers cancel, transmission shifts good, motor runs strong and has been garaged in Orange county California for most of its life so there is no rust on the car. Still has its old California pink slip and the personal plate, POP ONE was his I D as a pilot. This is a very nice original car that needs nothing to be enjoyed.
