1958 Porsche A Cabriolet Super

This is the California removable hardtop version Porsche produced in this model car. Originally Mycen blue from the factory it has a great unbent no Bondo hood with a nice surrounding nose not showing any signs of clip or accident damage. The doors have great gaps super tight from the factory and the rear lines up well also but looks like it may of had some repair at some time. This one seems to be complete except for the bumpers easily obtainable today as they are reproduced. This is the U.S. version car as described in the California special so it would have over rider tubes on the bumpers from the factory, giving this series one of the best A model appearances designed. Very close to the speedster design just with out the chrome windshield frame, big ticket price and much more practical with the roll up widows. With the price of the plastic replica cars and the ever increasing popularity of authentic 356 open models this car is a bargain for someone who can invest a little time in order to realize the rewards of an authentic A vintage model. Rarely seen in this entry level attainable condition with most restored examples selling for well over 100,000.00
