1940 GMC Rat Road

For the guy tired of driving a white sedan and trying to figure which one is yours when eaving the grocery store with the key fob, here you go. You will not another one sitting next to at the light. What started as a ¾ ton truck originally now has a custom built frame with a speedway 6” drop tube axel and front disc brakes, cab has been angle chopped 4.5 in front and 3.5 in back, the body was sectioned 6 inches over the frame, a 1934 Ford Coupe grill, the bed is handmade 16 gauge sheet metal with wood planks, the wheels are 1932 Ford wires, 1948 Ford tail lights and 1932 Ford head lights.

The business end of this ride starts with a blown 350, Wiend 174 Supercharger, a pare of Barry Grant Demon 98 pots, Petronics Street Fire ditributer, MSD Street Fire ignition box, 350 turbo transmission with a B&M shifter,Ford 9 inch rear, 1956 Buick brake drums and an Afco aluminum radiator.
